Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Vertex Platform Solutions (‘VPS’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VPS provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services for UK service businesses. Our services are provided on a subscription basis or as one-time projects as agreed in your service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• One-time project fees are billed as specified in your proposal
• All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content you provide and the final website design. VPS retains ownership of underlying code, frameworks, and proprietary systems. You grant VPS permission to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content
• Timely feedback on deliverables
• Necessary access credentials

Delays caused by late client responses may affect project timelines.

6. Cancellation

Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a copy of your website files. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Limitation of Liability

VPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
