The Opportunity – What This Studio Needed to Grow
This Pilates studio had everything going for it offline — loyal clients, high-quality classes, and premium pricing. But the website didn’t reflect any of that. The booking process was clunky, the visuals felt generic, and they were locked into an overpriced platform that added friction instead of value.

Instead of relying on third-party booking bloat, we prepped the structure to support native or embedded booking flows, with optional automation via SMS, WhatsApp, and prepay triggers — all ready to roll when the client scales.
